From the Queensland Open to the Tasmanian Open, Australian PGA and more recently The World Cup of Golf, it has been a great summer for golf in Australia. Naturally, the side benefits of having so many national and international stars on hand is the inspiration value provided to our juniors and younger golfers who dream to build careers within Golf.
And so fittingly, the final of The Redcliffe Golf Club Junior Championships for 2016 was held 27th November 2016. While thoughts of the epic sub par battle of 2015 between eventual winner and Goodstart Ambassador Tyler Duncan, and the talented Chase Duffy remain, it is pleasing to see both have now moved through qualifying to book a place in the final for 2016.
As evidenced by the high number of wins and placings in major events between them since last years final, Tyler and Chase have been working extremely hard on their skills and so expect another exciting final.

Firstly, congratulations to both Tyler and Chase for qualifying and making the finals. The manner in which they have approached and conducted themselves throughout has been faultless and a credit to both. Very well done guys.
