Warranty & Returns

GOODSTART (Aust) Pty Ltd are committed to customer satisfaction and warrant each and every garment to be defect free. Our goal is to provide products of the highest quality and value.

Gift returns are eligible for credit in the form of a GOODSTART store credit, in the amount for which the returned item is currently sold. You must contact GOODSTART and request a return for approval and authorisation code. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping costs.

GOODSTART are unable to accept goods for return without prior written approval and an authorisation code.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any merchandise with a logo or otherwise altered to your specifications, including custom designs.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for items purchased from the GOODSTART online store, however all goods must be in a new, resalable condition, void of any marks, scratches or scuffs.  Return shipping charges must be prepaid (we will not accept return items shipped to us COD).

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We stand behind the quality of our products and will happily replace any item that is found to be defective within 30 days of the date of purchase.  If you have received defective goods from GOODSTART Aust. Pty Ltd, please contact us immediately via email to .

GOODSTART will gladly cover the cost of shipping if an item is found to be defective.

To make a return you must first contact us with the defect details, along with a photo if possible, requesting a warranty claim return and authorisation number.

Note:  Due to the wide use of GOODSTART products, pilling or snagging is not regarded as a product or manufacture defect.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

If an item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping packaging and notify us immediately. All claims for damaged goods must be made directly to the carrier. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us without our written approval. This is necessary so you do not lose your right to file a claim.
